Volver International, a leader and global provider of professional construction, engineering, and consulting services, today announced that it has acquired Nucomm LP, a San Antonio based telecom field services and infrastructure maintenance company.
Financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
Volver International CEO, James Frinzi said, “It is our estimation that Cell Site retrofitting and maintenance for the major domestic carriers will continue to grow as wireless technology improves and more consumers turn to wireless as there only form of telecommunications. With the experience that Nucomm brings to the table, Volver will diversify its presence in infrastructure maintenance and retrofitting. Additionally, Nucomm delivers extensive experience in critical field inspection and auditing across multiple States.”
Volver announced the consolidation of operations will take effect immediately.

Nucomm's customers include large scale providers of telecommunications and a variety of larger general contractors and integrators. Nucomm services will continue uninterrupted.
