May 26, 2009 - PRLog -- Brian Friedman is one of the most renowned around the world as a top choreographer, dancer, and teacher.  By the time he was 16 he had his own dance studio.  He has choreographed many music videos such as Britney Spear's "Toxic" N'Sync "Dirty Pop" and for artists such as Usher, Beyonce, and Christina Milan.  His silver screen credits include "You Got Served," "Charlie's Angels" and "Austin Powers Gold Member."  He has also done numerous TV shows.  He was also a judge on the popular show "So You Think You Can Dance" and has worked closely with Simon Cowell in the UK, getting his own title as Creative Director.  He has his premiered his own shoes and has further clothing items still to come.

Since his last dancer interview, things have been great for Brian.  Since the end of the Pulse tour which went really well it has been good to get back into the dance community again.  Being in London so long he says he forgot what it felt like to be a dancer.  He was doing too much teaching in London, he lost his love of dance because he wasn't doing it.  Getting back into it he feels like a 12 year old again, and it is good to be part of the online dance community.

A lot of people think because you teach dance you don't need to take class; Brian Friedman knows this is not the case.  He has taken a lot of classes lately and feels like he has finally found being a dancer again.  Don't get it twisted, he doesn't mean he is auditioning again, but he is taking class and dancing again.  Brian says you have to make yourself better before you can make anyone else dance.  A good way to get to class without going out of your house is to take an online dance class like the ones JigTV provides to its members.

Currently Brian is writing and producing.  The shows are still in production so he can't talk about them but they are in the works.  He says with all the reality shows on TV, why not try and make it.  These shows are not all dance related.  He says it is good to get to be creative and he has a lot of love for the new work.
