However, he states that t there are right and wrong ways for businesses and individuals to promote themselves on Twitter. He doesn't advise turning tweets into ads. “People become "ad blind,” he says.
Mario suggests that money-hungry marketers should focus on non-spammy tactics, provide good content, direct people to useful information so that they derive clear benefits from tweets. Most of all, he insists that misuse of Twitter for advertising purposes is counter productive.
