ABIS Consulting Group organized a collaborative meeting to be held on June 5, 2009 with several of America’s leading metal building manufacturers and MBMA members to discuss IAS AC472 Accreditation. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss AC472 challenges and to demonstrate how Adjutant Software can simplify the process through Adjutant’s Business Automation Solutions.
Schulte Building Systems is hosting the meeting at their headquarters located in Hockley, Texas and will include a tour of the SBS plant.
David Svesko of Red Dot Building Systems, an IAS AC472 expert is a featured speaker. David will share his knowledge of the AC472 certification process.
Tom Wrigley, VP of Manufacturing for Behlen Manufacturing Company will share his experience in passing the audit and gaining IAS AC472 accreditation giving helpful hints and pitfalls to avoid.
Representatives from Schulte Building Systems, Behlen Manufacturing Company, Red Dot Building Systems, United Structures of America and American Steel Building Company are attending the meeting.
The meeting agenda includes a full day of speakers, presentations and a tour.

Tim Sanchez, COO of ABIS Consulting Group will demonstrate features within Adjutant Software that will be used to achieve IAS AC472 Accreditation.
Open sessions will be held on bar coding, piece marking, wireless technology and automation to simplify record keeping of AC472 requirements.
There will be an open session on integrating software with production equipment such as Roll Formers to capture data without human intervention. The partnership of Adjutant Software and other suppliers such as Eclipse Software by AMS, ASC Roll Formers, QUESTware and MBS engineering are key strategies in eliminating human time and errors from the manufacturing process.
