The complete construction project included the building itself, the transport connection, the parking area, the connection of utilities such as water and electricity, and landscaping including garden and walkways. The building meets the highest standard of data and low voltage cabling, is equipped with air conditioning, ventilation and a fire alarm system.
SGS provided a seven-member team to supervise the construction works. These included Project Manager, Construction Manager, Design Manager, Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) Manager, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing Supervisor (MEP Supervisor), Financial Manager and Geotechnical Supervisor.
The construction of the office building took a little bit more than a year and was completed by 2008. The total project cost of 20 million Euros was funded by private equities and bank loans. The project was completed in accordance with International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC) (http://www.fidic.org/
