PR Log (Press Release) –
May 26, 2009 – Wonder what fitness boot camp is like? You can check it out for yourself at free one-hour camps given by Milwaukee Adventure Boot Camp (MABC), announced owner and certified fitness trainer Catherine Andersen. The coed sessions will introduce the boot camp style and philosophy at public parks in three locations, East Side Milwaukee, Elm Grove and Bay View, through early November. Participants should bring a mat, weights, running shoes and water and be ready to have fun!
“So many people ask me what boot camp is like that we decided to offer a first-hand experience,” said Andersen. “Those who feel they might not be able to keep up will see that boot camp is geared to all fitness levels, with one-on-one training to match each participant’s fitness needs.”
The free sessions, held once a month at each location; will include a range of activities similar to the regular three- and four- week fitness boot camps held throughout the year. The instruction includes weight training, cardio games and drills, hiking and kickboxing, core training with elements of yoga and Pilates, and other cardio burst and muscle strengthening programs.
