May 26, 2009 – BAMBI (Bangkok Mothers and Babies International) will be holding a Bring and Buy Yard Sale at NIST (New International School of Thailand) on Saturday June 13th, 2009 from 10:00 am to 01:00 pm. The Yard Sale happens only once a year. On average, the Bring and Buy sale attracts approximately 300 shoppers. BAMBI members book a table to sell second-hand baby/toddler goods, toys, furniture, clothing, household items, and much more. Proceeds from the event go to support the preschoolers of the Klongtoey Community Centre.
If you are interested to participate as a vendor, please contact Nita Prachaseri at events@bambiweb.org. Vendor fee for members is 1,500 baht. Table bookings are done on a first come first served basis and must be made 10 days prior to the event date.
For those interested to buy quality second-hand merchandise, please arrive early. Entrance fee is 50 baht. There is a children’s play area and refreshments will be on sale. Come along and make a morning of fun for the entire family! A map to the school can be retrieved from the following link: http://www.nist.ac.th/default.aspx. For help on directions, please call the school Monday through Friday during school hours and prior to the event at 02 651-2065. Please note per the school policy, all visitors are required to provide identification at the security entrance.

Bangkok Mothers and Babies International
BAMBI is a mother-led volunteer organization that provides information, support and companionship for pregnant women, mothers of babies and small children. BAMBI was founded nearly 25 years ago as a project of the Childbirth and Breastfeeding Foundation of Thailand. Today, BAMBI has about 650 members representing dozens of nations.
