Bull City Arts Series
Urban Echoes Entertainment is pleased to announce the first annual Bull City Arts Series, an exciting new weekly event to be held in the heart of downtown Durham. The four-part series is designed to highlight various members of Durham’s artistic community whose contributions continue to bolster the Bull City as a shining beacon of cultural achievement. Designed to be an “up close and personal conversation with Durham’s creative natives,” the BCAS promises to be an enlightening and entertaining experience, as well as play an integral part in the revitalization of downtown Durham.
The BCAS will be held every Wednesday evening at 5:30 PM, beginning July 1, 2009, at the Blue Coffee Café, 202 Corcoran Street, in downtown Durham. For more detailed information about the series, please visit www.bcarts.net.
Urban Echoes is currently seeking local authors, publishers, visual artists, musicians, actors, and playwrights to participate in the BCAS. A limited number of guest slots are available, and all potential participants must be active members of the local artistic community and be specially connected to Durham either by being born in or having permanently relocated to the Bull City.
