New Orleans, LA (PR Log) - Lil Dee releases his first EP, Stay Ready, on Street Dreams Productions. The record will be available on iTunes on June 1. The single “Naw Talkin Bout” features Baby Boy Tha Prince (Universal Records).
On April 22, DJ Downtown Leslie Brown interviewed Lil Dee on 102.9 FMEX-FM in New Orleans and debuted “Naw Talkin Bout”. The track begins regular rotation on May 27.
Born June 1, 1989, and raised in New Orleans, Lil Dee, God’s Gift, has taken the struggle of growing up in the South and transformed it into a lyrical landscape to gain insight to Rap and Hip Hop music. Though only 19, his sound and skills far surpass his age. The early influences of The Notorious B-I-G and Nas have helped developed his style of positive rapping and thought provoking rhymes. He has appeared on BET’s “106 and Park”, the UPN Network, and a DVD titled “Bonose TV”. Rapper T. I. called Lil Dee the “future of New Orleans Rap”.

2. Sold over 20,000 mixed tapes independently
