FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

PRLog (Press Release) - May 25, 2009 -
2009 ASCO annual conference will be held from 29th May- 2nd June, 2009 in Orlando, Florida at the Orange County Convention Centre. The conference will attract more than 30,000 delegates. ASCO is the world’s leading professional organization representing physicians/researchers of all oncology subspecialties.  With more than 27000 members, ASCO is committed in improving cancer cares through scientific meetings, research and educational programs, peer- reviewed journals etc.

The research-study of Aradeep Chatterjee & his colleagues involves a prospective observational clinical trial including 158 participants of stomach, gall bladder, pancreatic and liver cancers. More than 70% of them diagnosed at the end stage of cancer. In this research study, the participants were treated with an alternative cancer treatment Psorinum Therapy. They did not receive conventional cancer treatments.

The lead study author, Aradeep Chatterjee says “these types of cancer are called silent killers, usually diagnosed at the end stages. The bad news is that: till now, conventional cancer treatments can rarely cure a patient having these types of cancer/ Now, the good news is: our research shows Psorinum Therapy is effective in treating stomach, g. bladder, pancreatic and liver cancers. Complete & partial tumor response as well as overall 5 year survival were observed in statistically significant number of participants – indicating Psorinum Therapy can change/substantially improve the current oncology practice in near future. The research study also confirms that Psorinum Therapy is non-toxic – which should be a great relief to the cancer patients.”

Aradeep Chatterjee, MD is attached with Critical Cancer Management Research Centre & Clinic (CCMRCC) Kolkata, India. CCMRCC is a privately organized cancer research and treatment institute to implement Psorinum Therapy in cancer care. The institute is accredited from dept. health & family welfare West Bengal, India.

The research-abstract and the presentation information are now available for viewing at the ASCO website: ‘abstract.asco.org’ (search 2009 abstracts database with the keyword ‘Psorinum’)
