Web Lead Responder connects leads by the keywords the user entered to search on any search engine and allows your marketing manager to track the sales process from start of your campaign all the way to the deal closure, correlating leads with their original source.

SalesNexus Web Lead Responder is MUCH easier and less costly to implement.  With other systems there are difficulties and costs that you probably haven't considered yet. Most require complex code to be added to the customer's web page, usually by an expensive programmer.

Here are just a few challenges you may have with other systems
∙ Your website hosting provider may not be compatible with the code that your chosen vendor provides.
∙ You'll need to pay your webmaster to put the code in the web forms Re-design of the forms and code within may be required to make it compatible with the vendor's code - resulting in further costs paid to your webmaster.
∙ If you get leads from websites that are not under your control, then you can't add this code and you can't automatically capture the leads.
∙ There are limitations to the fields that can be captured.  Many systems only let you capture standard fields like name, company, phone, email, etc.  If your form has unique fields that you need to map to custom fields in your database, some systems won't support it, in most it’s very difficult to figure out and implement.
∙ When you create new forms, you have to repeat all of the above.

With SalesNexus, you don't have to change anything.  Your form is already sending you an email when it’s completed.  All you have to do is set a rule on your mail server to copy that email to a mailbox SalesNexus can access and your done.  SalesNexus does the rest.

∙ There is no limit to which fields can be captured or how many of them - we have clients with 100s of fields on the forms.
∙ There is no code to mess with or insert in your pages.
∙ If you get leads from sites that you're not in control of, we can capture those leads in the same way as above.
∙ Because it’s based on emails, Internet outages or your database going down do not cause you to lose leads.  With other systems if the form calls the database and due to traffic or database problems or maintenance there is a communication problem, you lose the lead.
