St. Regis and MB Quart
MB Quart Television Mirrors were installed in all bathrooms of the 151 guestrooms and 31 suites of the new St. Regis Hotel in Atlanta. According to Starwood Hotels & Resorts’ Vice President of Architecture & Construction, John Lapins, “At our St. Regis Atlanta property, which recently opened, I did not hear one issue with the mirrors or TV’s before, during or after installation. They arrived, were plugged in, mounted and then "programmed"
Brian Walter, Sales Director of MB Quart responded by saying, “The comments we typically hear are about the high-quality of the imagery viewed through the mirror. It was nice to also be recognized for our installation and programming features, which are often overshadowed because the product itself is so captivating.”
The revolutionary breakthrough of modifying the physical properties used in traditional two-way mirrors to create a distortion free reflection that produces crisp, color-precise images was only the first step for MB Quart engineers.
A further advancement occurred when MB Quart recognized that recessed or “in the wall installations”
Throughout the entire development phase, MB Quart talked with installers, engineers, designers, architects and end-users to find out what attributes were most important. “The feedback we received has proven paramount to the success of the product.
