The developer of a condominium project in Bangtao beach, Phuket has announced a discount of 25% on all two bedroom units purchased this month.
The discount is applicable to two bedroom apartments on the first and second floors and those which are purchased leasehold.
The development which is just 100m from Bangtao beach is around 50% complete and has a scheduled completion date of March 2010. When completed the resort will consist of sixty eight luxurious condominiums with a range of one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom ocean view penthouses.
