Equatorial to host D’Arenberg wine dinner
The Equatorial Hotel in HCMC will be the venue for the D’Arenberg wine dinner, which will showcase signature dishes and fine wines from Australia on May 20.
The event will feature five wines selected by D’Arenberg from South Australia’s McLaren Vale and a 5-course dinner. Chef Yip Boon Sheng, new executive Chinese chef of the hotel, will prepare his signature dishes which include foie gras, oyster, scallop and lobster in white wine, lamb shank, beef medallion and quail egg. Desert is pumpkin puree, warm glutinous rice and a coconut milkshake.
