May 21, 2009 - PRLog -- Surrey personal trainer, Rick Kaselj, will be presenting a webinar for Kinesiologists across Canada.  Rick has been asked by the Canadian Kinesiology Alliance (CKA) to present to their members.  The CKA is the national association for Kinesiologists in Canada.  Rick Kaselj will be presenting on his masters project titled, “Therapeutic exercises continuum for the rotator cuff”.  Rick’s masters project focused on the most effective exercises for the rotator cuff which appeared in the Canadian Journal of Kinesiology in the fall of 2008.

The rotator cuff muscles are the most frequently injured muscle in the shoulder. The most common exercise given to strength the rotator cuff is standing external rotation, yet this exercise is not effective in targeting all of the rotator cuff muscles.
