Raleigh, N.C. – Crosland LLC, one of the Triangle’s leading real estate companies, has announced Qdoba Mexican Grill as a new tenant at Midtown Commons. Located in Knightdale at the intersection of Knightdale Boulevard and Hinton Oaks Boulevard at the Highway 64/I-540 Interchange, Midtown Commons represents 225,000 square feet of retail space, along with a number of outparcels. It includes a number of well-known national tenants, including Kohl’s, Best Buy, Dick’s Sporting Goods, PetSmart and T.J. Maxx.
Opening its first Knightdale location at Midtown Commons in early fall, Qdoba Mexican Grill is known for its signature burritos that offer unique flavors, including poblano pesto, ancho chile barbecue, fajita ranchera and one of Qdoba’s most popular items, the queso burrito. Occupying 2,293 square feet, Qdoba Mexican Grill is an artisanal Mexican kitchen where anyone can go to enjoy a fast, handcrafted meal prepared with fresh ingredients and innovative flavors.
