"An Ambassador's View of World Affairs" is topic of World Affairs Forum Dinner

Ambassador Craig R. Stapleton, former U.S. Ambassador to the Czech Republic and France will be the guest speaker at the World Affairs Forum’s final event of this program season, a dinner at the Holiday Inn Stamford-Downtown.
 
May 20, 2009 - PRLog -- Stamford, CT - Ambassador Craig R. Stapleton, former U.S. Ambassador to the Czech Republic and France will be the guest speaker at the World Affairs Forum’s final event of this program season, a dinner at the Holiday Inn Stamford-Downtown on Thursday, June 11 at 7:00 pm.

Ambassador Stapleton served as Ambassador to France from 2005 to 2009.  Previously, he served as Ambassador to the Czech Republic from 2001 to 2004.  In addition to his government service, he has had an extensive business career, having served as President of Marsh & McLennan Real Estate Advisors of NY from 1982-2001.  He currently serves on the September 11 Memorial Foundation, New York and the board of the de Tocqueville Foundation, Paris.
