The Art of Nurturing on ‘Conversations with Mrs. Claus’ Podcast

Mrs.Claus, aka Bernadette Dimitrov, begins a new series of podcasts where she and her guests delve into the area of nurturing, an appropriate theme for the month of May. The podcast show, “Conversations with Mrs. Claus’, can be found at www.thefamilyyak.com channel on Yaktivate.com, a podcast network.   Guests in this series include Lisa Lindley, a psychologist and trauma rehabilitation volunteer who talks about the state of affairs for the children of Uganda; Nina Amir who discusses Mother’s Day; Burge Smith-Lyon who explains ‘Bubble Talk’; and concludes with self-love expert Christine Arylo.  As always, Mrs. Claus answers the questions about Christmas that come from all over the world.

This month's podcasts start with Mrs. Claus speaking with trauma rehabilitation volunteer Lisa Lindley, a psychologist from the Sunshine Coast in Australia who is about to embark on a journey to the most dangerous place in the world for children & one of the world’s most unattended emergencies; Northern Uganda. Working with The Frontline, Favor of God Agency, Watoto Childrens Ministry & Samaritans Purse who provide trauma rehabilitation to children who have been kidnapped to become either child soldiers or sex slaves.  This is a story that must be told and prayers and support are needed.  Lindley’s travel blog for her trip is travelblog.org/Bloggers/Empower/ for donations and getting involved frontline.org.au

The second week of the series Mrs. Claus speaks with Nina Amir, the show’s regular holiday and spirituality expert at making life and holidays meaningful and spirit-full no matter what your beliefs.   On this call Amir enlightens listeners about Mother's Day celebrations around the world.  Listeners will also discover that you don’t have to have a physical mother to celebrate this holiday.  Amir will share how to observe Mother’s Day in celebration of the Goddess and of Mother Earth as well.  Plus tips on how not to spend lots of money and instead give in a more meaning-full and spirit-full manner.  Amir’s website is PureSpiritCreations.com.

The third week of the series Mrs. Claus speaks with Burge Smith-Lyons, a trainer, healer, counselor, motivational speaker and facilitator of ‘Essence of Being’ seminars.  Smith-Lyons takes listeners on a journey to discover  ‘Bubble Talk’, the unconscious thoughts that keep people from getting what they want.  Smith-Lyons shares insights and tips for listeners to take back their power and change their reality.  Smith-Lyons website is BubbleTalk.net.

The fourth week of the series, host Mrs. Claus speaks with Christine Arylo, a self-love expert and inspirational catalyst for women.  She is a speaker, coach and author of ‘Choosing Me before We – The Every Woman’s Guide to Life & Love’.  Arylo shares why there is only one secret to finding true love and why listeners need to put their most important relationship first- the one with themself!  MeBeforeWe.com is Arylo’s website.

Each week children and adults have the opportunity to send a Christmas-related question to Mrs. Claus. Mrs. Claus reveals what goes on at the North Pole and insights about Santa and Christmas you never knew. Here are some of the questions answered in this series:
