“Green Jobs for a Green State” that is the motto for Hirejam.com, the new Ohio based green jobs website.
“Our goal at Hirejam.com is to help people find green jobs in Ohio and stay in the state”, says the company's CEO Kevin Lockett who also serves on the Green Task Force for Keep Akron Beautiful.
“Over the past year, I have found that there are many wonderful renewable energy companies in Ohio that specializes in solar, wind , hydro, etc. but most people don't know these companies exist. We want to be that connection for those green companies looking for employees and job seekers looking for green jobs”.

“We live in global society and we think that its important that Ohioans know how the green industry is affecting not just Ohio, but California, New York, the U.K., etc.” Lockett adds.
In recent months, Hirejam.com has been active in media sponsorships with “Learn Green Live Green” in Akron and the Wall Street Green Trading Summit, in New York City; but their journey is far from over.
“Our main focus right now it to make sure that more people learn about our website and to develop more partnerships with local green companies,” Lockett continues. “There are lot of talented people and companies in Ohio, we just want to do our part to connect all of them together.”
