JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - The Jacksonville division of Lennar, one of the nation’s leading homebuilders, recently received three Gold awards and one Silver award in the Northeast Florida Builders Association (NEFBA) 2009 Parade of Homes.
Lennar Jacksonville received Gold wins for its Nottingham townhome model at Coventry in Oakleaf Plantation, Oak model at Hamilton Glen at Oakleaf Plantation and Vilano model at Chancellor’s Ridge at Heritage Park. Lennar also received a Silver win for its Augustine model at Wynnfield Lakes.

The Nottingham townhome model is located in Coventry at Oakleaf Plantation in Orange Park and features three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms in 1,618 square feet of living space. The Oak model in Hamilton Glen is also at Oakleaf Plantation in Orange Park and offers four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms in a two-story home with 2,239 square feet of living space. The Vilano model at Chancellor’s Ridge at Heritage Park in St. Augustine provides four bedrooms and three bathrooms in 2,361 square feet of living space. The Augustine model in Wynnfield Lakes in Jacksonville offers four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms in a two-story home with 2,870 square feet of living space.
The NEFBA 2009 Parade of Homes featured 82 model homes from 37 area builders.
