Canada’s Largest Book Retailer Successfully Implements Workforce Management Solution with Axsium

CHICAGO – Axsium Group, North America’s leading Workforce Management consulting firm, today announced that Indigo Books & Music Inc. has successfully deployed an enterprise Workforce Management solution utilizing Axsium’s proprietary Axselerate implementation methodology.  The solution deployed has allowed Indigo to standardize and automate their time and attendance and leave management processes in an extremely short period of time.

As Canada’s largest book retailer and one of the top 100 employers in the country, Indigo looked to Workforce Management as a mechanism to improve store productivity, enhance the customer experience, and control labor costs. Indigo selected Axsium Group to lead the implementation and support the enterprise Workforce Management solution.
