Harmonic Footprinting is pleased to announce that they have formed an exclusive partnership with The Gripper Group of British Columbia, Canada for marketing of Harmonic Fatigue Detection and Thermal Cycling Applications.
“We are very proud of our new exclusive partnership,”
The Gripper Group, under the guidance of its CEO, Gerard Jones, focuses on structural engineering, especially for oil rig and gold mining operations. For the oil industry, The Gripper Group's expertise has been to provide quality risk management assessments, identifying potential problems in oil rig operations that could result in unnecessary downtime. They then provide the needed solutions that correct the problems and reduce the risks back to a normal level. The Gripper Group services a variety of industries internationally including Oil and Gas Exploration and Production and Drilling, Mining, Refineries, Utilities (Water, Gas and Electricity)
Masyada says an association with The Gripper Group to market Harmonic Fatigue Detection and Thermal Cycling "will promote Harmonic Footprinting's reputation throughout the world in the oil rig and mining operations maintenance sectors".
What is the Thermal Cycling science? Each metal type has its own unique temperature ranges that enable it to reorganize the metal at the molecular level. When metal is exposed to its ranges, significant improvement is realized in wear resistance and durability, increasing it in life expectancy, strength, toughness, stability, performance, and corrosion resistance. For oil rigs and mining operations, life extension of metal parts is directly improves the bottom line. For more detailed information, see

Harmonic Fatigue Detection assists oil rig and mining operators. All metals have a specific frequency known as a vibrational or harmonic signature. Harmonic Fatigue Detection records harmonic signatures by means of installing tiny SmartSensors into the metal parts. Over a period of time, the metal's harmonics are synthesized into a normal range of acceptable vibrations. Should an event occur to the metal part (e.g. crack, wear out, loosen, corrode, etc.) the newly transmitted harmonic would not match the acceptable range of harmonics and an alert would be triggered to the maintenance operators for manual inspection. Harmonic Fatigue Detection has almost unlimited applications for oil rig and mining operations.
The partnership between Harmonic Footprinting and The Gripper Group brings new science to risk management and marketing.
