Follow on Google News | Colorado Chapter of the International Customer Service Association 2009 Quality SummitThe Colorado Chapter of the International Customer Service Association (ICSA) will hold its annual Quality Summit on June 11, 2009.
By: International Customer Service Association The event will be hosted by Education Sales Management in the Blue Mesa Auditorium located at 8744 Lucent Blvd, Highlands Ranch, CO 80129 from 8:00am to 2:00pm. The summit cost is $25 for members and $35 for non-members and includes lunch. Vendors are also welcome to set up a table at the event. The costs for vendor tables are $50 per table for ICSA members and $75 per table for non-members. Organized in 1981, ICSA is a non-profit association led by customer service professionals for customer service professionals. Globally, the group offers a full range of programs that provide members with a forum for sharing knowledge, experience and solutions while networking with other customer service management professionals. ICSA members are managers, directors, vice-presidents, owners and CEOs of companies of all types and sizes in virtually every industry. The ICSA Colorado chapter meets the third Thursday of each month from 8:00am to 10:00am at various Denver Metro member locations. The first meeting is always free; thereafter, individual meeting attendance is $15 per meeting or you can join as a member for as little as $100 annually and enjoy all the benefits our chapter has to offer.
