(Fairfax, VA) -- There are some exciting new upgrades to the spring 2009 issue of RV Technician magazine. The RV Learning Center is pleased to announce that Blue Ox will sponsor the first digital special edition of RV Technician on CD-Rom, which is packaged with a Blue Ox® instructional DVD.

The CD-Rom includes all issues of RV Technician from 2006 to the present, which means 14 magazines on easy to access and print PDF files. It is an instant library of technical articles available to RV service and parts professionals, whenever they need them.

The Blue Ox® DVD, included with the spring RV Technician, gives service and parts professionals the opportunity to learn about the TruCenter steering control device and the TigerTrak track bar. After viewing the DVD, which includes two full installation demonstrations, subscribers can take a test at http://www.blueox.com/rvtech and become a Blue Ox®-certified professional installer of the TruCenter steering device and TigerTrak track bar. Participants with the three highest scores will receive prizes ranging from $125 to $500.

“Partnering with RV Technician magazine is a natural fit for distributing our training DVD, because Blue Ox® can reach a large number of RV service and parts professionals at one time,” said Jay Hesse, chairman and CEO of Blue Ox®, Pender, NE. “We want to ensure that RV dealership personnel have the resources they need to service their customers to the best of their abilities, and this partnership is just another step towards making that happen.”

“Through its support of RV Technician magazine, Blue Ox® is demonstrating why it is one of the leading companies in the RV industry,” said RVDA Education Foundation Chairman Rick Horsey of Parkview RV Center in Smyrna, DE. “This sponsorship is another fine example of the continuing commitment Blue Ox® has toward advancing education and professionalism for dealership employees.”
