    The stimulus legislation that President Obama has signed into law provides for an increased tax credit for the installation of qualified energy efficient products....up to 30% of the cost of each product with a lifetime cap of $1,500.  Products must be installed between January 1, 2009 and December 31, 2010.  Certain restrictions apply.
