Alta Vista Boracay is a spectacular resort set into the hillside offering sea views and a view over the Bluewater golf course. Most of the horizon surrounding Alta Vista is undeveloped so when you are sitting on your private balcony you get the feeling this is how Boracay should be enjoyed, in style, in comfort and in beautiful, natural surroundings.
The resort which consists of more than 500 rooms and is located close to Puka Beach was just completed this year by the Triple A developer DMCI homes. Alta Vista Boracay is now fully operational and has been well received by its first guests as if offers a peaceful, tranquil and breezy retreat which is away from White Beach for those more discerning tourists who are looking for four star accommodation.
The swimming pool is called the Infinity Pool and whilst you are floating in the pool you can see the ocean on both sides of boracay.
The breakfast is served Al Fresco in the restaurant which not only offers beautiful views but it also offers a choice of Western or Oriental breakfast. The apartments that are available to rent from Pearls Letting Agency do not include breakfast or hotel service as they are not included in the Hotel Leaseback Program. Our apartments offer a cheaper alternative although they are furnished and equipped to the same standard as the other rooms in the resort. The only difference being that hotel service is not included, breakfast is not included and to get to White Beach you will have to pay 50 pesos for the shuttle service.
The rooms all come with kitchenette, fridge, microwave, plasma tv which has over 100 satellite channels, two double beds and there is a generous balcony which has a table and chairs outside so you can enjoy a drink in the evening whilst watching the sunset from your balcony.
Availability on these condotel apartments is limited and bookings need to be made in advance.
