As part of its ongoing attempt to bring awareness to the benefits of renderings in builders’ marketing materials, NEEZO Renders will be represented at the upcoming CHBA National Marketing Committee meeting.
Marvin Maalouf, Chief Executive Officer of NEEZO Inc., will be speaking to the Committee to highlight the various ways computer graphics and imagery are being used in the building industry.
From static 3D renderings to animated virtual tours and interactive plans, builders and developers have much to gain from this technology. Maalouf will be discussing the impact of these new marketing techniques, and will be highlighting the usefulness of computer-generated imagery as a sales tool in the pre-sale stage of development.
Maalouf is looking forward to bringing some insight into the new concepts of marketing tools. “Our aim is to inform the Committee of the new trends in marketing, and to ease them into this new technology. We’ve come a long way from sketches and watercolours. We can now create customized sales tools for each builder’s purposes, and bring about each property’s unique selling features. These are things that allow buyers to really envision what they’re purchasing, and ultimately drive up sales figures.”
The meeting, one in a series that the CHBA puts on, will be taking place on May 29 at the Ottawa Marriott Hotel.
