About the Author

My birth name is Cindy Christmas and I was born in St. Michael Barbados on the twenty-seventh of February, 1985. When I was living in Barbados I went to St. Stephen's Primary School, then I graduated and passed for Springer Memorial Secondary School. Two years after I passed for Springer Memorial Secondary School I left Barbados and moved to America with my mother, when I was thirteen years old. When I was thirteen years old, I went to St. Thomas Moore Elementary School where I graduated. Then I went to Oxon Hill High School. I have been living in America for ten years now, I am twenty-three years old with a beautiful three-year-old daughter. I always wanted to write books from the age of thirteen years old but I never thought that one day I would actually write a book. I wrote a poem about a year ago and this company liked my poem and wanted to put it in their book so I decided to write a couple more poems and put them in my own book, and that is what I did.
