The Wsrq Pro is different from other suggested instruments on the basis of three fundamental aspects: it is realized by a Centre specialized in applied psychology, it is based on a psycho-social survey that lasted more than two years, and it originate from a strong and consolidate model appreciated by both national and foreing institutes.
The FerrariSinibaldi Specialistic Centre, in fact, has worked for years on the relationship between stress and work, supporting the organizations with specialistic services and directly supporting the employees.
Thanks to his highly professional competences, the Centre elaborated the Model for the valuation of risks SSR Social Stress Risk, that was immediately considered a practical model to face the new legal requests, in obedience to the methodological directions from Confindustria and Ispesl (Italian Focal Point of European Agency for Safety and Health at Work).
The Wsrq Pro Test is the last evolution of the instruments presented by the FerrariSinibaldi Centre, with the creation of a questionnaire that if is compiled by a significant sample of employees, allows to identify the differen work-related stress risk factors in a specific environment.
The software, particularly refined in his graphic aspect, has been realized by the Cognitive&Behavioural Lab of the FerrariSinibaldi Centre, so that it is intuitive and easy to use, in respect of all the cognitive ergonomics rules.
When the questionnaires are imported, it is possible to see the different risk factors, to print the list in order of gravity or branched in topic areas, to visualize graphs for an immediate reading, and to get specific suggestions about intervention and prevention.
