Lennar to Host “Around the World Tour” fare for Realtors May 20 in Riverview

May 13, 2009 - PRLog -- Mark Metheny, president of Lennar’s Central Florida Division, said homes on the tour include eight affordably-priced single-family model homes at Shady Creek’s Concept Home Showplace.

New three, four and five-bedroom single-family homes at Shady Creek are priced from the $170s to the low $200s and range in size from 1,352 square feet of living space to 2,182 square feet.

“At each model home participating Realtors can sample a different international food specialty paired with a wine from each country,” Metheny said.
