Mark Lund, producer and writer of the 25-minute sci-fi short First World, announces the film has debuted on the popular online video service Hulu through its distributor, the Seattle, Washington based IndieFlix. First World streams on Hulu’s Web IndieFlix Shorts channel.
First World is set in the year 2018 and is a fictional account of what NASA discovered and covered up during the Apollo space program. The secret is now unraveling on the eve of the next space race to the Moon between China and the United States with the world bracing itself for the dramatic outcome.
“Having First World available on the forefront of digital distribution through Hulu is not only an honor but further presents the First World story to a worldwide audience,” said Lund. “With our recent announcement of DVD release through IndieFlix and their efforts in broadening availability through online video services like Hulu, IndieFlix is a great distribution partner for independent filmmakers who want to get their work seen both commercially and artistically.”
