The new program has been designed to offer partners a way to generate additional revenue by hosting ads and links to the Circle City web site on their own sites. In return, partners receive a commission based on the volume of traffic they generate. The program is free to join, easy to register and requires no special technical knowledge. Once companies have been approved as a partner, they receive files for online banners and text links that they then post on their web sites.
