Schuman’s Sports Club, is Wyckoff’s neighborhood fitness and health club, located at 637 Wyckoff Ave., in Wyckoff, NJ. During Open House Week, Schuman’s is hosting a week-long series of in-club activities to encourage our Community to become active and learn how fitness is both fun and rewarding! These programs will be offered FREE to its neighborhood community from Monday, May 18th through Monday, May 25th.
Guests can come to Schuman’s all week for complimentary workouts, plus specially scheduled programs including: Beginner, Mother-Daughter, and Corporate Yoga Classes, “Schuman’s Biggest Loser” – weight loss made easy workshop, Teen Athlete Training Class, and Schuman’s cutting-edge Fit Circuit Program.
On Wednesday, May 20th, the Open House will feature Corporate Wellness Programming to mark National Employee Health and Fitness Day. Schuman's invites local corporations, HR Directors, and small businesses to join the festivities and learn how to leverage low-cost and no-cost physical activity solution for their employees that will increase their productivity, reduce absenteeism, and make the company an employer of choice.
