By: Johnny Stakeman In an industry where some participants may have less than a sterling reputation, Forever Grand Vacations leads the way when it comes to quality and integrity in the vacation club market. According to the COO Eileen Most; the implementation of Missouri’s Vacation Club statute-which the owner of FGV, Jim Kilroy had drafted and submitted through the American Council of Travel-is a big reason. “Missouri’ Key to their efforts was the need to weed out any aspect of the sales process that might be called “the old school”. “Every once in a while an individual sales person may stray away from our stringent standards; but our quality control and customer care efforts go along way toward making certain FGV is not only compliance, but that the memberships we sell provide significant benefits to the buyer”: says Tom Grant who oversees the VLO process. The consensus is that, by putting the emphasis on creating the most value for the customer based on their interests and needs, programs like FGV’s result in travel opportunities and experiences that the majority of members would never have been able to afford, discover and enjoy on their own. According to Eileen the people who benefit most from the travel club they represent are those who have not done much travel in the past; but who plan to be active travelers in the future. For those people, FGV’s program offers unparalleled convenience, value and access to the travel opportunities for themselves and their family. End
