Toll Brothers’ Walnut Model at Regency at Prospect was recently named a Silver Award winner at the 2009 Best of 50+ Housing Awards. Presented by the National Association of Home Builders’ 50+ Housing Council, the Best of 50+ Housing Awards is the premier design and marketing competition for the seniors housing industry.
The Walnut Model was recognized in the Best Attached Home at an Active Adult Community up to 2,000 sq. ft. category. The model was recognized by an elite panel of judges that included builders, developers, architects, marketing experts and other respected industry professionals. The panel chose finalists from nearly 200 total entries in more than 40 categories
