Managers simply watch a quick video, see how the game works and then run the game themselves.”
We believe that traditonal team building methods are stating to lose their impact. “If you are training for a marathon, you don’t train for just one day and think your done. So why would it be the same with building a team?” Mike says that FUNergizers have been designed to be easy to run with a strong focus on encouraing laughter and interaction.
