Montana Grass-fed Scottish Highland Beef & Shetland-Icelandic Lamb Meat Fall 2009

USDA-inspected Montana gourmet-quality, grassfed beef high in healthful omega fatty acids and low in cholesterol, from a small family farm.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

PR Log (Press Release)May 11, 2009 – Gumbo Highlands of Miles City, MT, is offering highly nutritious and delicious gourmet-quality,slow-grown, grassfed, naturally-raised small family farm beef. Lamb available by late October or early November from Quality Foods and Processing.

Grassfed beef and lamb are high in healthy omega fatty acids and CLA. Omega-3 and 6 fatty acids are not only good for you, they play a vital role in every cell and system in your body. CLA is present almost exclusively in ruminant (grass fed) animals. Search the web for Eat Wild grassfed meat health benefits information. Gumbo Highland Beef is low in back fat and customers rave about the flavor.  A local Palestinian woman says the lamb is the best she has ever eaten.

All the beef and lamb is USDA inspected through Montana Quality Foods, less than 1 mile from the farm, so there is minimal to no stress to these animals before processing. This is a very small operation, so the supply is limited. Interested individuals are encouraged to call or email Bill Tramp for more exact details or to reserve.

Limited breeding stock (bulls, cows, heifers, calves) available as well.

LAMB MEAT may be purchased directly through:
