Allentown, PA – Easter Seals Eastern Pennsylvania, a provider of services to children and young adults with disabilities and support to families, today announced that Alexander Humanick has been named the new vice president of the Lehigh Valley/Pocono Division. Easter Seals Eastern Pennsylvania proudly welcomes Mr. Humanick who will lead the region utilizing his extensive leadership experience and strong background in providing diverse services for people with disabilities.

As a regional VP at Easter Seals Eastern Pennsylvania, Mr. Humanick is responsible for effectively executing the overall strategy, providing services for children and young adults with physical disabilities and developmental delays through occupational, speech and physical therapy, special education, developmental assessments, community education, camping, recreation and respite services, and more.
With over ten years of experience as Assistant Vice President Camping and Recreation at Easter Seals New Jersey, Mr. Humanick provided operational leadership to residential camps in NJ and DE and ensured the continuous, yearlong operations of 12 geographically dispersed camping and recreation programs. In that capacity, he was responsible for developing and managing the extensive budget, educating the management teams and driving the overall strategy.
Additionally, Mr. Humanick is a member of many professional affiliations such as American Camping Association, ACA New Jersey Board of Directors and Theta Chi National Fraternity, HZ Chapter Alumni. His extensive list of awards includes being recognized by the Governor of New Jersey for service to foster children and the 2008 American Camping Association, New Jersey Section, Harold Breene Award. He attended East Stroudsburg University for Graduate studies in Special Education and Undergraduate Degree in Liberal Arts from Edinboro University.
