OKI Printing Solutions , one of the UK’s leading suppliers of MFP’s printers, faxes and SIDM products, has awarded Uniter Group a major contract to provide a warranty support service for its full range of dot matrix printing systems. Uniter Group is a leading technical support solutions company and has been providing warranty services for OKI products since 1996. Having achieved preferred supplier status, Uniter is focused on providing OKI’s customers with a rapid response to all calls for assistance.
Uniter will provide second line support for all service calls that cannot be quickly resolved by OKI’s Slough-based technical support centre during normal office hours, five days a week. Using its national infrastructure of strategically based service engineers, all of which are security vetted and equipped with the latest mobile communications devices, Uniter will deliver a next day onsite response service for OKI’s dot matrix printers that typically are used in high volume environments.
