Please join The Wheelchair Recycler on Saturday May 16th at 8:00pm for the First Annual Independence Roll. This charity bowling event will be held at Ryan Family Amusements in Millis, MA.

Please join The Wheelchair Recycler on Saturday May 16th at 8:00pm for the First Annual Independence Roll. This charity bowling event will be held at Ryan Family Amusements in Millis, MA.

This event is open to all ages and will feature bowling, raffles and door prizes. Admission is $20 for adults and $5 for accompanied children 12 and under. Admission includes shoes and lane fees. The Wheelchair Recycler’s mission is to promote independence by recycling, refurbishing and custom building power wheelchairs and providing them to those in need. The organization has helped hundreds of people experience greater independence with custom built, recycled power wheelchairs. David Heim, president of The Wheelchair Recycler, is featured in the April 27, 2009 issue of People magazine for his amazing work.
