Green Wall Expert to Speak on Design, Usage

James Sable of greenscreen®, a green wall manufacturer in Los Angeles, will be speaking on green wall design at two upcoming events - the 7th Annual International Greening Rooftops for Sustainable Communities Conference, Awards and Tradeshow, June 3-5, in Atlanta and the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA) 2009 Annual Meeting and EXPO, Sept. 18-21, in Chicago.

An expert on green wall design, James Sable will first speak in Atlanta on the presentation “Design Considerations for Successful Green Walls,” scheduled for Thursday, June 4, 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. during the Green Wall Design Optimization Session 2.2. Mr. Sable will contribute to an extensive discussion on the architecture and structure of green walls and its use in different types of applications.

“This is an opportunity to discuss a green wall design ‘check list’, focusing specifically on the sustainability and design issues important to the building and architecture community today,” said Sable, who will also be exhibiting in Atlanta at Booth #410.

In addition, Mr. Sable is scheduled to present on green walls at the ASLA 2009 Annual Meeting and EXPO in Chicago from Sept. 18-21. Attendees can also visit Mr. Sable at the greenscreen® Booth #1930.
