Property Preservation and REO Specialist Frank Patrick Featured On The Next Big Thing™ Radio Show

May 7, 2009 - PRLog -- Frank Patrick, founder of REO ResQ, REO Renegades, and The American Society of REO Specialists, was recently featured on an episode of the groundbreaking new internet radio show, “The Next Big Thing™.”  The show gives listeners exclusive insider interviews with experts and uncovers what the “Next Big Thing™” is for businesses and consumers alike.  The experts featured on each episode are dedicated to spreading knowledge and awareness in their field of expertise and making significant contributions to their industry and the marketplace as a whole.

Patrick was interviewed about the three facets of his REO businesses and expertise.  First, he discussed his REO training and coaching program for REO agents, REO Renegades.  Frank explained how he teaches real estate agents to incorporate REO properties into their business.  Next, they discussed his property preservation and trash out business, REOResQ, which helps banks preserve the value of foreclosed homes that no longer have occupants.

“We’re the guys who clean up the mess,” said Frank.  “We want to preserve the property for the bank for 2 reasons:  First, we don’t want the property to fall into disrepair and bring down the value of the surrounding properties, or invite crime, vandalism or vagrancy.  Second, it makes it much easier for the lender to sell the property, because no one wants to buy a property that has been in disrepair for any period of time.”

The interview also revolved around the upcoming wave of new foreclosed properties, buying foreclosed homes, and the American Society of REO Specialists (ASREOS), a trade association that Frank founded.
