New Association to honor real estate agents who sell homes faster and for Higher Prices.
The International Association of Certified Master Agents announces its formation to honor and promote public awareness of real estate agents who consistently provide clients with measurably superior service by selling homes faster and for higher prices.
“Additionally, the Association website will give home owners a quick and easy way to find agents in their area who maintain above average performance when listing and selling a home,” according to Jerry Bresser, founder and CEO of the Association. It will also provide agents with the tools, mentoring and training opportunities they need to improve their performance and earn certification.
“Most people tend to think that a home will sell for X dollars and in X time regardless of who sells it, but that’s not true,” says Bresser. “Real estate agents in general sell homes faster and for more money than owners and some agents consistently sell homes faster and for more money than other agents. The purpose of the Association is to recognize and honor those agents who consistently give their clients superior service and to give home owners a method of finding those agents in their area.”
Membership in the Association is open to agents throughout North America, Australia, New Zeeland, South Africa and anywhere real estate is listed and sold in a similar fashion as it is in the United States and Canada, according to Bresser.
