Thermal Balance Brakes Announces Exclusive Partnership with The Gripper Group

Thermal Balance Brakes has just signed an exclusive partnership deal with The Gripper Group of Canada for Harmonic Fatigue Detection and Thermal Cycling Applications

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

PRLog (Press Release) - May 07, 2009 -
Thermal Balance Brakes is proud to announce they have entered into an exclusive partnership deal with The Gripper Group of British Columbia, Canada for marketing of Harmonic Fatigue Detection and Thermal Cycling of Brakes.

“We are very excited about our new exclusive partnership,” says Thermal Balance Brakes CEO, Frank Masyada. “Working with The Gripper Group opens up international markets to us in Asia and the Middle East.”

The Gripper Group, under the leadership of CEO, Gerard Jones, is well versed in oil rig and gold mining operations.  For oil rigs, their expertise caters to providing high-quality risk management assessments.  They are able to identify potential problems in oil rig operations.  They can then provide solutions that correct the problems and reduce the risks back to an acceptable level. The Gripper Group  provides services to a wide variety of industries internationally including Oil and Gas Exploration and Production and Drilling, Mining, Refineries, Utilities (Water, Gas and Electricity) and Government.
Masyada says working with The Gripper Group to market Harmonic Fatigue Detection and Thermal Cycling will strengthen his company's reputation around the world in the areas of oil rig and mining operations maintenance.

What is the Thermal Cycling science?  Each metal type has unique temperature ranges that can reorganize the metal at the molecular level.  When the metal is exposed to its ranges, improvement is realized in wear resistance and durability, increasing it in strength, toughness, corrosion resistance, stability, life expectancy, and performance.  For oil rigs and mining operations, extending the life of metal parts is invaluable.

The Harmonic Fatigue Detection will also assist oil rig and mining operators.  All metals have a specific frequency known as a vibrational signature.  Harmonic Fatigue Detection records vibrational signatures by installing tiny sensors into the metal.  Overtime the metal's vibrations are synthesized, creating a normal range of acceptable vibrations.  Should something happen to the metal (e.g. crack, wear out, loosen, corrode, etc.) the newly transmitted vibration will not match the acceptable range of vibrations and an alert will be triggered for manual inspection.  Harmonic Fatigue Detection has virtually unlimited applications for oil rig and mining operations.

The partnership between Thermal Balance Brakes and The Gripper Group marries new science to risk management and marketing.
