   Major Kitchen Remodeling such as redesign, replacing items mentioned above and adding built-ins, custom lighting or an island.
   Bathroom Remodeling to update existing fixtures, lighting and tile.
   Bathroom Addition to add a second bath to a home with only one or 1 ½ baths.
   Master Suite Addition in a home with 2-3 bedrooms, including special features such as a walk-in closet, whirlpool tub and separate shower.
   Two Story Addition to add a first floor family room and a second floor bedroom with full bath.
   Attic Bedroom, converting unfinished attic space with a bedroom and shower or bath.
   Family Room Addition with skylights and a hardwood floor.
   Some projects offer less return, but still add value to the home.  They include  a deck addition of pressure-treated pine with built-in bench, railings and a planter (83% return); siding replacement in vinyl or aluminum with trim (30%); conversion of an existing room into a home office with custom cabinetry and rewiring for electronic equipment (68%); window replacements of ten aluminum clad windows with trim (96%).
