Homeowners Continue to Struggle to Stop Foreclosures in Miami, FL

SaveMeFromForeclosure.com specializes in helping clients who have fallen behind on their mortgage payments or are facing foreclosure.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

PR Log (Press Release)May 06, 2009 – Blaine, WA, Today SaveMeFromForeclosure.com, LLC announced that foreclosures continue to rise in the Miami Dade area of south Florida. According to recent homeowner activity at their website, www.SaveMeFromForeclosure.com, and homeowners facing foreclosure who have contacted their company it is clear that foreclosures continue to rise in the Miami, FL area.

Recent foreclosure reports have indicated that foreclosures in Florida have increased 17.39% from February to March of this year alone. The Miami area continues to report high numbers of foreclosures monthly and reported some of the highest rates of foreclosure by state in 2008.

"While national first quarter 2009 foreclosure filing statistics are not yet available, it is clear from recorded monthly foreclosure filings; recent activity on our website; and from homeowners contacting us for help to stop foreclosure, the Miami Dade area of Florida is still in dire need of foreclosure help," said Dreama Lee, President, SaveMeFromForeclosure.com, LLC.

Miami's foreclosure problem can be credited to a host of different issues that the rest of the nation faces including the current mortgage crisis and falling real estate prices. However, Miami's higher foreclosure rate is also due to over building of new homes and especially high end condos and the presence of many speculators investing in homes that they means to maintain these loans long term. An additional fall out of the overbuilding has also meant increased unemployment making it even harder for the average homeowner to avoid foreclosure.

"Florida is one of the states in the United States hit the hardest by the recent mortgage crisis and real estate crash," said Justin Lee, CEO of SaveMeFromForeclosure.com, LLC. He continued, "as foreclosure filings continue to increase, homeowners need to find professionals to quickly help stop foreclosure on these homes. We are doing all we can at to help every homeowner that contacts our office to keep their home and if they do not qualify, we try to help them sell it quickly to avoid foreclosure."

SaveMeFromForeclosure.com has local representatives in the Miami-Dade, FL county area who are trained professionals that understand foreclosure prevention and the local market. They work with homeowners personally to find the best solution to their foreclosure problems.
