Troy Arch comes from an extensive background of premium luxury automobile sales in Florida. He started in Tampa, Florida under the guidance of four fantastic teachers. He worked for Precision Motorcars (Mercedes Benz of Tampa) from 1996 to 2000. During such time Troy held positions of increasing responsibility, including After-Market Manager and Client Advisor. He was ultimately promoted to Lead F& I Manager at the young age of 25. In the year 2000, his mentor invited him to join him in Miami at Braman Motors on Biscayne Blvd. It was there that Troy got his greatest exposure to premium luxury cars. He helped launch the Bentley GT, the Rolls Royce Phantom, and many other models for Braman.
It was Troy’s work as a Sales Manager for BMW at Braman Motors that propelled him to great heights in the BMW strata. In 2002, he took over the sales desk at Braman Motors in Miami and moved the #1 dealer in the world to almost untouchable levels from 2002 to 2004. This effort got him recognized as one of the most elite Sales Managers with the BMW brand. As a result, in May of 2004, Troy was recruited by Sonic Automotive to take over their sales operations for BMW of Fort Myers.
At BMW of Fort Myers, Troy instituted processes & personnel that made that store the fastest growing BMW dealer in the United States from 2004 to 2006. Under his guidance, BMW of Fort Myers won all of Sonic Automotive most prestigious awards for both sales & service for 2004, 2005, and 2006. In the years 2004, 2005, & 2006, BMW of Fort Myers won the coveted award from Sonic Automotive: #1 in net-to-gross store for three consecutive years out of 146 stores & 167 franchises.
Troy left BMW of Fort Myers in July 2008 and took almost 3 months off before he decided to return to work. While he had many opportunities, Troy said: “Quality of life and time with my family is my main focus. I will always take on new challenges and pour 110% of myself into that project. I am just waiting for the right opportunity.”
In September of 2008, Troy was speaking with a good friend of his (Joe Parisi). Joe mentioned he had passed his name on to a few people; and in particular, to Melinda Harrison at DeVoe Automotive Group. After a few brief meetings with Melinda, Troy knew he had found his new home. In October of 2008, Troy began his work at DeVoe Infiniti & Volvo in Bonita Springs. “I picked the DeVoe Automotive Group because of its long history of being a premium luxury retailer of automobiles.
