Quatro Composites™ will be displaying and talking about their new proprietary methodology, OptiPart™, designed to optimize the structural performance (weight, strength, stiffness, cost) of carbon fiber components this year at the SAMPE show in Baltimore.
Quatro recently received NADCAP AC7118 Rev A-6 Accreditation for CP-Core Processing and PAR-Prepreg/
Adhesive Bonding/Resin Film Infusion in February of 2009. The certification process requires stringent compliance to the highest industry standards for advanced composite parts fabrication for aerospace companies. Quatro is also ISO 9001:2000 and AS9100:2004 certified. The certification signifies both of its facilities, located in Orange City, IA and Poway, CA, comply with all standards of the AS9100 quality management system.

Quatro Composites™, a wholly owned business of Tec Industries, LLC, is an Iowa-based advanced manufacturer offering a full line of services from design, analysis, prototyping and production of advanced composite products.
