Milwaukee, WI— K&K Holdings Granville WI, LLC, has purchased the Granville Professional Building, 9001 N. 76th Street, for $1,750,000, from Granville Professional Building, LLP. The 33,443 sq. ft. building is located just north of Brown Deer Road in a re-emerging area of the Park Place submarket. John Dulmes, Vice President of Siegel-Gallagher, who represented the Sellers in the transaction, remained positive throughout negotiations.
