Free Health and Fitness Assessment in Newton - May 16th, 2009 - 11am to 1pm

The military-style fitness training program that has helped thousands of Wichitans shed thousands of pounds will be holding a free Health and Fitness Assessment on Saturday, May 16th from 11:00am to 1:00pm. Anyone and everyone in Newton is encouraged to come out and join Chris Rangel, the satellite owner of Blackhawk Fitness Boot Camp in Newton, for this free event! Participants will find out their BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate), their BMI (Body Mass Index), as well as measurements and an idea of how minor changes to their diet and exercise can change their life!

This event even includes a free workout beginning at 11:30 that will showcase what people can expect from Blackhawk Fitness Boot Camp when it launches.
